- When should a puppy get his first haircut?
10 weeks of age (after 2nd set of vaccines)
Nails need to be trimmed at least every 4 weeks

- Is it too cold outdoors to have my dog groomed?
It is all too common for our temperatures to plummet below -40 celcius in northern Alberta.
Most dogs can handle being groomed through these cold temperatures.
We never send a wet or damp dog home.
We will cancel appointments for dogs whos coats' greatly retain water. Ie., Newfoundland, Golden Retriever..
- What is your Cancellation Policy?
We must recieve notice 48 hours from your scheduled appointment.
Why?
This provides us with enough time to be able to reschedule another dog in that time slot.
Emergencies?
We are forgiving of emergencies or bad weather that may occur.
No Show Fee?
Full grooming charge applies and must be repayed in full upon next scheduled appointment.

- Will I get a discount if I have two or more dogs or if my dog gets a certain number of haircuts?
No.
Fuzzy Was He does not offer discounts for 2 or more dogs nor for number of visits.

The same amount of workand effort is provided to each dog.
Moreover, if your friend and you walk into a salon and said, "There are two of us. Do we get a discount?"
